These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the callpro.pro website and your engagement of plumbing services provided by ProFlow Plumbing Solutions ("ProFlow," "we," "our," or "us"), a business registered and operating in Malaysia. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or booking any service. By accessing callpro.pro or hiring ProFlow for any plumbing work, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your continued use of this website or your decision to engage our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should refrain from using callpro.pro and from requesting our plumbing services. We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the site or services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Services
ProFlow Plumbing Solutions provides a comprehensive range of plumbing services across the Klang Valley region, including but not limited to:
- Residential plumbing repairs and installations — pipe replacement, tap and faucet fitting, toilet repair, water heater installation, and drainage clearing
- Commercial plumbing — maintenance contracts, washroom fit-outs, grease trap servicing, and large-scale pipe works for offices, restaurants, and retail premises
- Emergency plumbing — burst pipe response, severe leak containment, and after-hours call-outs
The specific scope of any job is determined by the written quotation provided to you before work commences. Any work outside that scope will require a separate agreement or an amended quotation approved by both parties.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments can be booked through our website contact form, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Once you confirm a booking, we will allocate a time slot and dispatch a qualified technician to your location. While we make every effort to honour scheduled times, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, prior jobs running over, or emergency call-outs may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a revised arrival window.
If you need to reschedule, we ask that you inform us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a scheduling fee at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted by ProFlow are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. The final invoice may differ from the initial estimate if the actual scope of work changes — for example, if hidden damage is discovered once a wall or floor is opened. In such situations, our technician will explain the additional work required and seek your approval before proceeding.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online bank transfer (FPX)
- Cash upon completion of work
- Credit or debit card via our secure payment gateway
- QR code payment (DuitNow)
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. Outstanding invoices that remain unpaid for more than 30 days may incur a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on the overdue balance.
5. Limitation of Liability
ProFlow will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care, using materials that meet or exceed applicable Malaysian standards. However, our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We shall not be held responsible for:
- Pre-existing defects in your plumbing system that were not visible or disclosed at the time of inspection
- Damage caused by third parties, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control
- Losses arising from your failure to follow maintenance advice provided by our technicians after the job
- Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption
Where our workmanship is found to be faulty, we will rectify the issue at no additional charge within a 30-day warranty period from the date of service completion, provided that the fault results directly from our work and not from misuse or external factors.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on callpro.pro — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and page layouts — is the property of ProFlow Plumbing Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any material from this site without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use such as printing a page for your own reference is permitted.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the services provided by ProFlow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disagreement through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
8. Amendments
ProFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly so that you are aware of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations.
